The name may look different but its in hindi that’s it. It means chicken flower … dies it look like flower ya..some time it also look like a tiny creature as my son told on seeing first time😂.I prepared this snack for the Online tea party happened in one of the Facebook page JorenQ ..you can say my favourite page in FB which always keeps foodies in ourself energetic and joyful.. The theme for the party is steamed snacks.. when I thought of making the snack this recipe came across which I have noted down in my recipe book long before and tried at once..we had nice time in party with people posting lot of steamed snacks…with a cup chai. you can checkout the event page @ online tea party in jorenQ

This would be an easy snack and healthy too as no frying required and can be prepared easily with less ingredients.You can also make a vegetarian version by adding planner I stead of chicken .make paneer balls and roll in rice and steam.

Murg ke phool or steamed chicken flower is chicken balls coated in a rice and steamed to give this beautiful flower look
Instructions
Soak the basmati rice for 15 minutes
Mix together all ingredients except rice
Shape into a ball and roll it in the soaked rice and steam for 15 -18 minutes until the rice is cooked and doubled
